Assist. Prof. Dr. Levent Kaya is an aviation management scholar whose research integrates sustainability, crisis management, service quality, and stakeholder theory within the aviation and air transport sectors. His work emphasizes evidence-based analysis of airline operations, airport services, and higher education in aviation, with particular attention to safety, resilience, and environmental responsibility. He has published in peer-reviewed international and national journals indexed in recognized databases, and has contributed to conference proceedings and edited academic books. His interdisciplinary approach combines marketing communication, management sciences, and aviation studies to address contemporary challenges such as decarbonization, crisis response, and passenger behavior.
